Paytech has rolled out payment of parking fees via M-Pesa. The service is accessible through the USSD *270# and WhatsApp number 0706666444.

To use the service, customers will dial *270# or send the text “Hi” to the WhatsApp number. The service allows customers to pay for their parking fees as well as manage their Classic Card. As with other USSD menus, customers will key in the number selecting the service they need.

The service is aimed in encouraging Paytech customers to adopt cashless payment options, especially in current times.

Other cashless options are:

• The Paytech Classic Card: A pre-paid parking card that offers car park users a tap and go experience on entry and exit.
• Paybill numbers: These are site specific and available in all Paytech managed car parks.
