  • You can purchase the Classic Card at participating Paytech parking offices at Kshs. 300 between 8am – 5pm.
  • Your application is processed within 24hrs on weekdays and 48hrs on weekends and public holidays.
  • Kshs. 300 to purchase the card.
  • Your original ID card/Passport.
  • You can top up your Classic Card at any Automated Pay Station in participating Paytech-managed parking facilities.
  • Tap your Classic Card on the right hand side labeled “SCAN ACCESS CARD”
  • After scanning, tap on “top up” button/tab on the screen
  • Tap on “+100” to total to the amount you wish to load to the card.
  • Tap the “pay” then “receipt” buttons.

  • You can only top up your card using cash at an Automated Pay Station.
  • However, you may visit the Paytech parking office for assistance where:
  • You will pay the amount you wish to load to your Classic Card to the Mpesa Paybill provided.
  • The Parking attendant will give you an equivalent amount in cash
  • Use the cash to top up your Classic Card at an Automated Pay Station
  • You can use your Classic Card at participating Paytech-managed parking facilities at their prevailing parking rates.
  • Visit www.paytechafrica.com/classiccard to view a list of facilities where you can use your Classic Card
  • You can check your Classic Card balance at an Automated Pay Station in participating Paytech-managed parking facilities.
  • Tap your card on the right hand side labeled “SCAN ACCESS CARD”
  • The balance on the card displays at the bottom of the screen
  • Yes, you can pay for your parking ticket using your Classic Card
  • Insert your chipcoin/ticket or scan your barcode ticket at the Automated Pay Station.
  • After the bill has been displayed, scan your Classic Card on the right hand side where it has been labeled “SCAN ACCESS CARD”.
  • Pick your ticket/chipcoin and use it at the exit.
  • Visit the Paytech Parking office for assistance
  • Alternatively, send an email to cardsupport@paytechafrica.com or call Centre at 0709639116
  • Report immediately at a Paytech parking office or the Card Centre for the Classic Card to be deactivated.
  • Purchase a new Classic Card at participating Paytech parking offices at Kshs. 300.
  • Fill a Classic Card replacement form at the Paytech Parking office.
  • Your application is processed within 24hrs on weekdays and 48hrs on weekends and public holidays.
  • Collect your card at the parking office where you registered for the replacement.

  • The Paytech Classic Card is personal to the customer and non-transferrable. Therefore, you can only register for one card only.
  • Registrations are only done via the Paytech Website.
